Next Level Labs LLC ("we," "us") runs nextlevellabs.io and sells digital products through it. This page explains what information we handle and what we do with it — in plain English, because that's how we write everything.
What we collect
When you buy something, our checkout partner Payhip collects your name, email address, and order details so we can deliver your purchase. Payments are processed by PayPal or Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. When you email us — for support, to join the waitlist, or to apply to the affiliate program — we keep that correspondence. If you're an affiliate, the platform tracks clicks and sales attributed to your link (using a cookie that lasts 30 days) so you get paid correctly. The site may also use basic, anonymous analytics to understand how pages are used.
What we do with it
We use your information to deliver products you bought, answer your messages, run and pay the affiliate program, and occasionally email you about things you signed up to hear about — like a waitlisted product going live. That's it. We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
Who else touches it
Payhip (checkout and file delivery), PayPal and Stripe (payment processing), and our email provider. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
Want to know what we have, correct it, or delete it? Email us at hello@nextlevellabs.io and we'll take care of it, keeping only what the law requires us to retain for records and taxes. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Children
Our products and site are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date.
