The 7-day window
Every digital product we sell comes with a 7-day money-back window. If you buy something and it's not for you, email hello@nextlevellabs.io within 7 days of purchase with your order email or receipt, and we'll refund you to your original payment method — no interrogation, no hoops. Refunds are typically processed within a few business days of your request.
After 7 days
Because these are digital products delivered instantly and in full, we don't offer refunds beyond the window. But if something's genuinely wrong — a broken file, a delivery problem, content that doesn't match its description — email us anyway. We'd rather fix it than hide behind a policy.
Fair use of this policy
We reserve the right to decline refunds where the policy is being abused — for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles or clear evidence the content was extracted before the refund request. This has never needed to apply to an honest customer.
A note for affiliate-referred purchases
Refunded orders pay no affiliate commission, which is why commissions finalize after this 7-day window closes.
Before a chargeback
Talk to us first — we're fast, and we're human. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in loss of access to future purchases.
