What we sell
Digital educational products: playbooks, prompt collections, and related materials, delivered as downloads immediately after purchase.
Your license
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own learning and your own projects — including commercial projects you build using what you learned. What you may not do: share the files, resell or republish the content, post it anywhere public, or present it as your own work. Purchased files may be stamped with the buyer's details. Short version: use everything you learn, don't redistribute what you bought.
What we promise — and what we don't
We promise the products are real, complete, and honestly described. We do not promise outcomes. Our content is educational; what you build and what happens after depends on your effort, your decisions, and circumstances we don't control. We make no income or earnings claims of any kind. The third-party tools our content references — AI services, app stores, hosting platforms — belong to their owners; their pricing, policies, and features change on their schedule, not ours.
The affiliate program
Participation requires an application and our approval. Approved affiliates earn 40% on qualifying sales made through their tracked link. Commissions become final after our 7-day refund window and are paid monthly via PayPal by the 5th. Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship (for example, #ad), and must not make income promises or misleading claims, spam, misrepresent our brand, or purchase through their own links. Breaking these rules ends participation and forfeits unpaid commissions. We may update program terms with notice to active affiliates.
Ownership
All content, branding, and materials on this site and in our products belong to Next Level Labs LLC.
Liability
Our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.
The legal frame
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If we update these terms, the new version appears here with a new effective date, and continued use means acceptance.
